REFUND POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please review the following details on how to return your item and obtain a refund.
Eligibility for Return

- The item must be unworn or unused.
- The item must have its original tags attached.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
Returns for Purchases from Retailers
If you purchased your item from one of our retailers, please note that returns, exchanges, and reclamations must be handled directly with them in accordance with their specific terms and conditions.
What is the cost of returning the item?
The return shipping cost varies depending on your location and the carrier you choose. The return shipping fee will be calculated once you initiate the return process. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
However, if the item arrives damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping fees.
How to Return Your Item
1. Requesting a Return
To start the return process, go to your tracking order page and click the "Return Order" button. You can access the tracking order page from the shipping confirmation email or text message we sent you. If you cannot find the link, please contact us at hello@wolfrover.com for assistance.
2. Selecting Products for Return
On the return page, select the products you wish to return. For each product, provide a reason for the return. Click “Continue” to proceed.
3. Choosing a Return Shipping Method
Next, you’ll be prompted to select a return shipping method. The available return shipping methods will be based on your location. You can also check and update your contact details, which will be used to create the return label. After choosing your shipping method, click “Continue.”
4. Reviewing Return Details
You will be shown a summary page with all the return details, including:
- Items you’re returning.
- Selected return shipping method.
- Estimated refund amount, which will be adjusted for return fees.
Review all details before proceeding.
5. Creating the Return
Once you've reviewed and confirmed the return details, click the "Create Return" button to initiate the return process.
6. Shipping Instructions
Once your return is processed, you will receive detailed shipping instructions via email. Please pack the products you wish to return in a durable transport package and follow the instructions provided.
7. Track Your Return
After shipping your return, you can track it via the order tracking page.
If Return is Not Available via Tracking Link
The return via tracking link is only available in some European countries. If this service is not available in your country, please follow the steps below:

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your return. Returns are only accepted if:
- The item is in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item is unworn or unused.
- The item has its original tags and packaging.
If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Note: If you purchased multiple items as part of a bundle deal and you return one of the items, you will lose your discount. The refund will be adjusted to reflect the original price of the item you keep.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please return the item following the process outlined above, and place a new order through our online store.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at hello@wolfrover.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
